🌠 Why Join DRY JANUARY?
I’m so glad I took the plunge and joined the Dry December group. It was exactly what I needed to realize I truly want to be sober. Connection and community is what was necessary for me. I feel like I have a group of friends, who have the same goals, feelings and experiences.
SobahSistahs has been a game changer for me which is what made me interested in dry December, with it being a smaller group with more one on one attention and frequent opportunities to chat with new sober friends.
I cannot thank you enough. This group has stopped the hate talk. The endless mornings of loathing myself and my life. I have accomplished so much in my newfound time and I finally feel some peace!!!
You're definitely one of the people who made me excited about sobriety, and who make the journey easier on a daily basis for me. I never thought I could get one week, let alone over 100 days!
After almost 30 days finally some peace and clarity came over me. That moment was everything I was no longer living the daily battle but starting to feel benefits of sobriety. This group of love and support has been everything. Having a group of wonderful hardworking women to share the journey with you is a game changer.
Megan’s leadership, experience and open heart provides the space for us to share. It has been work no doubt about it. But I never felt alone, like a did when I was drinking.
Accountability! This group coaching program for women is the ultimate accountability tool to successfully complete 4 weeks alcohol- free. This is perfect for anyone who is sober curious, just starting out or finding themselves going back to alcohol.
We will be meeting as a small group twice a week for a live group coaching call. We will meet on Wednesdays at noon est and Sunday's at 8pm est.
We will be able to communicate and support each other in between meetings via a private group chat.
It wasn't until I started to invest in myself that I started to see changes in my life.
Sustainable changes. I will help you crawl out of that hole of self-loathing and help open your eyes to your true potential.
Getting sober isn't easy. I don't expect you to get sober on your first try. Studies have shown it takes some people up to 10 years to finally make sobriety stick. If you drink during these 8 weeks, it doesn't mean you failed or that you stop coming.
We always keep moving forward. The shame ends here.
The fact that you have taken this step shows true strength and courage.
I spent so many years believing I was the only person struggling with alcohol. I thought I was broken and defective. I cried out so many times, "what is wrong with me." Nothing was wrong with me, I just needed support. I needed to find other people that were struggling with alcohol just like I was. I won't forget getting on my first zoom call. I was shocked to see so many women just like me sharing MY story. You don't have to feel alone anymore.
Nervous about joining a support group?
Don't be. This is a small intimate group. You will be surprised how many women are struggling with alcohol just like you.
You aren't alone anymore. I believe in you. You are stronger than you know. It's time to start showing up for yourself. You have goals and dreams in this life and alcohol is holding you back. The greatest memories of your life haven't happened yet.
This is your sign. I will help transform your limiting beliefs into unlimited abundance in your life.
